Orpheus is a tortured artist, Eurydice is a bubbly party girl. They’re both trying to figure out how to love when they’re so deeply broken.
This contemporary retelling, imagining the tragic lovers as a Black lesbian couple, delves into the high price love demands. When pain runs deep, can love run deeper? What if you never get the chance to try?
